Vinum is the fine-dining restaurant of the Gran Hotel Mas d'en Bruno, a restored 1797 farmhouse surrounded by the vineyards of the Clos de l'Obac estate, in Torroja del Priorat. Its seasonal menus recreate the flavours of inland Catalan cooking with meticulous presentation.
It is listed in the MICHELIN Guide and belongs to the Relais & Châteaux network; the terrace offers mountain and vineyard views.
The kitchen is led by chef Josep Queralt, recognised as best chef of the Camp de Tarragona and Terres de l'Ebre region, who pairs an à la carte menu and tasting menus with wine pairings curated by a sommelier, built around a local, seasonal (km 0) philosophy. The restaurant serves lunch from 1pm to 3pm and dinner from 8pm to 10pm, with staff able to attend guests in Catalan, Spanish, English, French and German.
