Trossos del Priorat is a family project born in 2003-2004, when the Vives family set up a winery focused on terroir expression in Gratallops, one of Priorat's most storied wine villages. Founded by the father of the current generation, it is now run by his children with the support of winemaker Eva Escudé and vineyard manager Rafael Gauchola.

The vineyards, farmed organically on the region's characteristic llicorella (slate) soils, grow Grenache and Carignan vines that root deep in search of water and nutrients, concentrating the fruit. The winery produces red and white wines under the DOQ Priorat designation, including 90 Minuts, Lo Petit de la Casa, L'Estaca, Lo Món and Pam de Nas among the reds, and Llum d'Alba and Abracadabra among the whites.

The winery's philosophy favors unhurried, handcrafted production with minimal intervention, letting the terroir speak through elegant, expressive wines. Alongside the winery, Trossos del Priorat operates a seven-room hotel and offers guided cellar visits and tastings; its 90 Minuts wine (a Grenache/Cabernet Sauvignon blend) has been highlighted by the wine press, and the property itself has been covered by outlets such as La Vanguardia and El Periódico.
