Ora Restaurant is the restaurant of the Ora Hotel Priorat, a thirteen-room boutique hotel set in the former 18th-century abbey building in central Torroja del Priorat. It is a Design Hotels member.
Rather than a classic à la carte restaurant, the food offering centers on local Priorat product and tradition: a buffet-style breakfast with fresh fruit, juices, rustic bread, jams, local cold cuts and cheeses and tomatoes, and an informal terrace dinner at sunset, overlooking the vineyards, built around a selection of local charcuterie and acorn-fed Iberian ham paired with DOQ Priorat wines.
The hotel has its own wine cellar where it runs private wine tastings focused on the local appellation, and it partners with other restaurants in the area for guests looking for a broader or more formal dining experience.
