Brichs is Falset's most ambitious dining room, in the lower part of town next to the cooperative winery, with a sober, elegant dining room overlooking the Castell-Museu Comarcal. It is run by chef Rafel Múria together with owner Sol Florensa, who oversee both kitchen and dining room; Múria also leads Quatre Molins in Cornudella de Montsant, the only Michelin-starred restaurant in the Priorat.
It offers a weekday executive menu, à la carte, and three tasting menus, built around a shared-plates format using local produce (beans, spinach, hazelnuts, grapes, fish). Signature dishes include carabinero prawn with Robuchon-style potato parmentier. It entered the MICHELIN Guide in April 2026 as a new listing, marked as inspector's favourite.
