Can Just Viticultors is a family project based on Carrer Font Vella in Falset, established in 2004 after ten years of prior experience by its founders working vineyards within the DO Priorat and DO Montsant appellations. The winery draws on this accumulated knowledge of the local terroir, marked by a Mediterranean climate with abundant sun and scarce rainfall, to make its wines.
In vinification, the grapes ferment in stainless-steel tanks, and the wines are aged in first- and second-year French oak barrels, a technique aimed at keeping a balance between fruit and wood.
