Cellers Can Blau is the winery that the Gil Family Estates group (best known for Bodegas Juan Gil in Jumilla) operates in el Masroig, within DO Montsant. The project is built around blending three grape varieties grown on distinctly different soils: carinyena, rich in tannins, from clay valleys; syrah, grown on steep limestone slopes; and garnatxa, rooted in the old slate soils typical of Priorat.

The winery's philosophy centers on this "harmony of varieties": combining the different grapes in varying proportions, alone or together, to produce deep-colored red wines with notes of black cherries, spice, and a pronounced mineral undertone. Its portfolio includes labels such as El Nen del Celler, Blau, Blau Verd, Can Blau and Mas de Can Blau.

The group states membership in initiatives such as Wine in Moderation and International Wineries for Climate Action, signaling some environmental commitment, though no detailed public information was found about the winery's specific founding in el Masroig or about visiting hours.
