El Nou 21 is a small village bar-restaurant in el Masroig, with around twenty seats, serving home-style Catalan cooking on a fixed daily menu (paella, tomato-and-cheese salad, grilled lamb, escalivada, mel i mató). Open daily, lunch and dinner; weekend group meals require booking.
As a bar it keeps long hours (Monday to Saturday from 1:30pm until midnight, Sundays from 8pm), though the set menu is served at the usual lunch and dinner times. It is cash-only and also offers takeaway dishes.
