Kabbalah is a family-run restaurant on Avinguda de Reus in Falset, across from Plaça de l'1 d'Octubre, a few minutes' walk from the town centre. It is run by a mother and son — she with experience in restaurants across the area, he having worked as a sommelier on the coast — and it started as a bar before turning into a full restaurant a few years ago.
The kitchen combines traditional Mediterranean recipes with international touches, served as tapas and sharing plates aiming for a balance between authenticity and innovation. The menu includes dishes such as slow-cooked pork with squid, pistachio pannacotta, melon with bonito, and salmorejo with goat-cheese ice cream. The wine list runs to more than 400 references, with a focus on Montsant and Priorat alongside wines from around the world.
The restaurant is listed in the official Turisme Falset directory and in the Turisme Priorat guide.
