Vins de Mas Sersal is a winery in Falset, in the heart of DO Montsant, operating under the Estones Vins brand since its founding in 2008. The project, run by Sergi and Salvi, aims to produce quality wines in a continuous, sustainable way that respects the environment, working with both its own vineyards and local growers committed to this approach.
The winery specializes in the region's most representative grape varieties, above all garnacha (grenache) and cariñena (carignan), combining modern winemaking techniques with the character of these native varieties. Among its wines is Coster d'en Fornós, a single-varietal carignan from vines over ninety years old in a single plot at Mas d'en Fornós, in Els Guiamets, aged twelve months in French oak barrels and produced in fewer than 500 bottles a year; and Set tota la Vida, a wine born of a collaboration with the band Mishima.
Wines from the Estones range have received several accolades: Estones 2010 won the Vinari d'Or at the first edition of the Vinari awards for Catalan wines, Estones GS 2013 scored 94 points in the Guía Vino ABC 2017, and Estones 2012 was chosen as an institutional wine to represent DO Montsant at promotional events.
