Mayol Viticultors is a family-run winery in Torroja del Priorat, within DOQ Priorat, that makes its wines exclusively from grapes grown on the Mayol-Sentís family's own vineyards around the village. The winery's approach centers on getting the most out of terroir expression and the "essence of Priorat," blending traditional methods with more modern winemaking techniques.

Its best-known wine is "Torroja des de dins," a red made entirely from grapes off the family estate and named in tribute to the village of Torroja del Priorat itself. It is a blend led by Garnacha Tinta (around 65%), with Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah (15% each) and a smaller share of Carinyena and Merlot, aged about eight months in French oak barrels.

Its wines have received favorable scores on wine-review platforms such as CellarTracker, averaging close to 89 points across several vintages rated by the community.
