Cingles Blaus winery was founded in 2001 in Cornudella de Montsant as a modest family project rooted in the area's winegrowing tradition, and in 2006 it expanded with new facilities at the Mas de les Moreres estate. It currently farms 23 hectares of vineyard, split between Cornudella (8 ha) and Mas de les Moreres (15 ha), on slate and clay soils at around 575 metres above sea level, near the Arbolí river.

The estate grows red varieties including Garnatxa Negra, Carinyena, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, and white varieties including Garnatxa Blanca, Garnatxa Roja, Macabeu and Chardonnay. From these it produces around eight wines across red, rosé, white and sweet styles, including Cingles Blaus Selecció, the various Octubre wines, Mas de les Moreres, Eclíptic and Aram.

The winery describes itself as a project born from a passion for wine and the wish to grow production in order to share it with the world, while keeping a connection to the region's traditional farming methods. Visits are available by prior reservation.
