ÍNTIM — full name Gastrobar Íntim Espai Cingles Blaus — reopened in 2019 in a historic building that for decades housed the former Bar Íntim and an old theatre, at around 533 m elevation, at the entrance to Cornudella de Montsant. It has two floors of panoramic windows and a terrace at the foot of the old theatre, facing the Serra del Montsant and Siurana.
It offers proximity market cuisine with seasonal products, artisan pizzas and meats, paired with wines from the Cingles Blaus cellar, with which it shares the space. Open Friday to Sunday: Friday (12–5pm and 7:30pm–midnight) and Saturday (9am–5pm and 7:30pm–midnight) all day, and Sunday (9am–5pm) mornings and midday only; the kitchen serves roughly 12–4pm and 8–10:30pm on weekends.
