Celler Ronadelles was founded in 2002 in Cornudella de Montsant by Jaume Giral, who set up a small family winery with the aim of producing authentic wines reflecting the terroir of Priorat and Montsant. Since 2008, winemaker Eva Prim, trained in chemistry and mathematics, has led production and given the house wines a more contemporary character.

The winery practices biodynamic viticulture, also taking lunar cycles into account, and draws on vineyards spread across different soils and microclimates in the area, including old vines between 60 and 90 years old. From these come several wine lines, from the Cap de Ruc range to the 'vins d'autor' (Les Joveres de Margalef, Guineu d'Argent, Orange Lion...), the Giral Vinyes Velles made from these century-old vines, the Flor Mediterrània line, Vins i Llegendes, and the El Raval de Barcelona vermouths.

The winery is open for guided visits and tastings, with options ranging from a tasting of its author wines to a fuller tour of the vineyards and ageing cellars with a tasting of reserve wines, and even a theatrical tour of Siurana combining local legends with wine tasting.
