Fonda Toldrà is an inn with restaurant and lodging in Ulldemolins, in the Valley of Silence, inside the Montsant Natural Park. The kitchen draws on local culinary tradition, with recipes learned from the town's grandmothers, and offers a full menu of starters, mains and desserts that changes with the seasons: mushrooms in autumn, winter stews and roasts, and summer salads and light dishes. Homemade desserts include ice cream, quince sweets, flan and cakes.
It seats around a hundred diners and serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and takeaway picnics. The weekday set menu costs €18-20, including VAT, wine, water and coffee; the weekend and holiday menu costs €24-27, including VAT and water.
