Cellers Capafons-Ossó is a family winery in Falset now run by its fifth generation of winemakers. It is currently led by Francesc Capafons and Montserrat Ossó, together with their son Francesc, a trained oenologist who acts as winemaker.

The estate works two properties under two different appellations within the Falset municipality: Mas de Masos, within DOQ Priorat, with vines on steep slopes fed by several natural springs that flow year-round; and Masia Esplanes, within DO Montsant, with ten hectares on gentler, stony-soiled slopes. Red varieties grown include garnatxa (Grenache), garnatxa peluda, samsó (Cariñena), Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Touriga Nacional, alongside the white Viognier. Signature wines include Mas de Masos, Masos d'en Cubells, Sirsell and Enllaç, and the family also produces olive oil under the Llims d'Or label.

The winery emphasizes organic viticulture and estate-grown, self-vinified wines, aiming for a distinct personality in each wine depending on which property it comes from. Visits are by advance booking only, with tastings held in the estate's 1889 farmhouse and vineyard tours by 4x4, for groups of one to twelve people.
