Celler Cooperatiu El Molar is an agricultural cooperative in the town of El Molar (Priorat) that, per its own website, has been making wine for 80 years as part of the town's community. It belongs to DO Montsant and produces, among others, Cilibantum (100% Garnacha, aged 12 months in French oak barrels, 15.5% ABV) and Els Quatre Sonats (a blend of Cariñena and red Garnacha, 13.5% ABV).
Besides wine, the cooperative produces Arbequina extra virgin olive oil under the DOP Siurana designation, with an organic line certified by CCPAE since 2021, and it runs its own shop and wine-tourism visits explaining the cooperative project and the local terroir.
