Terravinyada is a personal project by winemaker Albert Barceló, born in Falset, within the DO Montsant appellation. The winery describes itself as "a human and creative space" that aims to bring consumers closer to the experience of winemaking and to the connection between wine, the land, and the people who live there.
The project's philosophy rests on four values: sincerity in expressing the wines and the territory, respect through an ecological and sustainable commitment (organic farming), creativity as a transformative force, and passion for sharing "a journey back to one's origins." Terravinyada aims to produce estate wines that reflect the varietal character and terroir of the Falset area.
Besides its own winemaking, Albert Barceló also offers consulting services to other wineries, advising on viticulture, oenology, and economic and environmental sustainability strategies. The winery takes part in industry fairs, such as the Fira del Vi de Falset.
