The winery registered as Francisco Castillo trades under the name Clos Dominic, a small family estate in Porrera founded in 2002 by the married couple Paco Castillo and Dominique Bairaguet. It is a strictly family-run project: all vineyard and cellar work is carried out exclusively by family members, with no outside labour, Paco overseeing the vineyard and winemaking and Dominique handling sales.
The winery produces only red wines under the DOQ Priorat appellation, sold under three labels: Clos Petó, Vinyes Altes and Vinyes Baixes. Visits can be arranged in Catalan, Spanish and English, for groups of up to 25 people.
