Els Vil·lusionistes is a micro-winery in la Vilella Baixa founded by Sergi Siuraneta and Anna Molina, childhood friends from families with a long farming tradition in Priorat. The winery occupies the ground floor of a historic building that previously housed a small distillery and a café.
They work vineyards passed down through generations — from grandparents to parents, and from parents to the current owners — planted with Carignan and Grenache, and have since moved toward organic farming. Their approach favors minimal intervention: they aim for no aging vessel to add anything beyond the grape's own character, describing their wines as "naked and without makeup".
Their wines are named Unànim, Unànim Simbiosi and Equànim, all reds; they also produce extra virgin olive oil. The winery holds DOQ Priorat and DOP Siurana certification and sells directly from the cellar in la Vilella Baixa.
