Terra Dominicata is a luxury hotel with a winery set on a former 12th-century Carthusian monastic estate near Escaladei, in the municipality of la Morera de Montsant, within the Serra de Montsant Natural Park and a short distance from the Scala Dei charterhouse. It is an adults-only property.
It has 26 rooms, an outdoor pool with Montsant views, a spa and a garden, along with the Mater Terrae restaurant, serving local-produce cuisine with vineyard views from its summer terrace. The estate has its own winery, where guests can learn how Priorat wines are made.
The Michelin Guide awarded it 3 Keys in its 2025 selection, a distinction recognizing an exceptional stay experience.
