El Café de la Torre is a family café and meeting place in the heart of la Torre de Fontaubella, for coffee, lunch, a snack or dinner. It's run by Pili and Luis, and offers tapas, combined plates and made-to-order pastries, with a Colombian touch that shows up in dishes like arepas. One of the most popular items is the grilled pork loin sandwich with pa amb tomàquet (bread rubbed with tomato).
The place sits on a quiet square away from traffic, and there's often live music on Sundays. It opens Tuesday through Sunday — Tuesday evenings only — and is closed Mondays; besides the phone, it can also be reached via WhatsApp at 641 54 51 16.
