The Vall Llach winery, founded by singer-songwriter Lluís Llach and notary Enric Costa in the wake of the 1994 floods in Porrera, offers several visit experiences at its cellar, originally aimed at supporting local farmers by buying their grapes at fair prices.
The basic visit (from €35, about 2 hours) tours historic spaces of the winery — starting at La Final, on Plaça de Catalunya, and continuing through Cal Baldrich, a former farmhouse — and ends with a commented tasting of four wines, some from older vintages, paired with a light aperitif of local products in a room overlooking the village. Higher-tier options include a walk through the Devesa and Peixera vineyards with a tasting 'over Porrera' from a viewpoint (from €75), and the premium experience at the centenary Mas de la Rosa vineyard, on a slope of roughly 60%, with tasting on-site when weather permits (from €150).
Prior booking is required; visits run in small groups, often on Saturdays at 11:00, subject to the winery's calendar and weather conditions for the outdoor activities.
