Slate Wine Bar

Slate Wine Bar is the wine bar of the Clos Figueras winery in central Gratallops, opened in April 2019 after a three-and-a-half-year renovation. It occupies a premises on Carrer Major with a small street-facing terrace, mixing stone and wood in a cozy setting meant as a stop along the wine route.
The list features Clos Figueras wines alongside other DOQ Priorat and DO Montsant references, served by the glass in 7.5 or 15 centiliter pours so several bottles can be tasted in a single visit. The food consists of small plates designed to pair with wine: artisanal preserves, cheeses, cured meats, and simple preparations such as croquettes or patatas bravas, served with glass bread and the project's own extra virgin olive oil.
It opens every evening, 7:30-11:30 p.m., and also arranges bespoke winery tours and tastings at Clos Figueras. Reservations can be made by phone at 607 145 928 or by email at slatewinebar@closfigueras.com.
